New Business:
Due to heavy buildup of snow on the roof there is a problem with icicles forming over the back entrance and creating an unsafe situation.  The trustees asked if Town Board Liaison, Shani Jones, would inquire of the Town Board if they would be able to offer a solution to the situation.   We will also check with Christies, who does the snow removal, and Troy Bush from Over the Top if they have any suggestions about keeping the ice from forming.

A slate of Officer was presented;    President - Suzanne Aldinger
                                                         Vice President - Janice Kelsey
                                                         Secretary - Susannah Heubusch
There were no other nominations.  One vote was cast by the secretary for the slate of officers as presented.

After attending the Wyoming County Library Convening on December 29, 2014 the Library Director felt that it would be a good idea to review policies once a year.

Lisa Gricius, Suzanne Aldinger, Margaret Zeches and Shani Jones are planning on attending the Advocacy Day in Albany.

The Board of Trustees made a tour of the upstairs storage area to help provide direction as to what materials could be discarded that did not have historical research value.  No final decisions were made at this time.

Meeting adjourned 8:30 pm.
