. 1. Filtering language in Computer Use Policy… | The following language will be added to the Computer and Internet Use Policy/Minor Internet Use Permission Form: Pioneer Library System contracts with Time Warner to provide content filtering to ensure that its libraries are in compliance with the Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) and insures that libraries remain eligible for certain federal funding. Warsaw Public Library cannot and does not guarantee that the filtering software will block all obscenity, child pornography or other materials that are harmful to minors. Nor can the Library guarantee that filtering software will not restrict access to sites that may have legitimate research or other value. 2. Library Guest Pass use …………………. | The following amendments will be made to #7 of the Guidelines of the aforementioned policy: The guest must present current photo ID and sign a guest register.
