On Thursday, January 14,
2016 three members of the Board of Trustees for the Warsaw Public Library met
at 2:00 pm to audit vouchers #230-235 and vouchers #1-12 for $3639.25. Trustees present: Suzanne Aldinger, Margaret Zeches, Susannah
Heubusch and Library Director: Lisa Gricius.
As a quorum of the
trustees was present a motion was made by Susannah Heubusch to approve the
audited vouchers #230-235 and vouchers #1-12 for $3639.25. Motion was seconded by Margaret Zeches.

0 Motion carried.
