The Tuesday, November 10,
2014 the Warsaw Public Library Board of Trustees meeting was called to order at
7:01 pm by President Suzanne Aldinger.
Present were Trustees: Suzanne
Aldinger, Janice Kelsey, David Almeter, Susannah Heubusch and Library Director:
Lisa Gricius. Absent were Trustee: Margaret Zeches and Town Board Liaison: Shani
Jones.
Janice Kelsey made a
motion to waive the reading of the October 14, 2014 meeting. 2nd by David Almeter.
Ayes: 4 Noes:
0 Absent: Margaret Zeches Motion carried
Susannah Heubusch made a
motion to approve audited vouchers #195-211 in the amount of $3825.08. 2nd by Janice Kelsey.

Directors Report and Children's Services Report (see attached)
Old Business:
David Almeter made a
motion to table the snow removal issue until more information was received on
an alternative avenue of having the sidewalks cleared. 2nd Susannah Heubusch.

Susannah Heubusch made a
motion to approve and accept the 2015 budget.

New Business:
Lisa Gricius announced
that there would be a meeting of the Wyoming Foundation at the Perry Chamber of
Commerce on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 9:00 am. Two people from each library are urged to
attend. Lisa Gricius and David Almeter
will represent Warsaw.
There was a discussion on
going over policies and contracts at a future meeting.
Janice Kelsey made a
motion to adjourn the meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 8:00
pm.
